Hollow sincerity for your comfort. Praying my root canal heals properly after this awful experience . Very unfriendly disinterested assistant who hums along with the music playing (real professional huh?) He seemed irritated that I needed more novocaine than the norm.. This is the endodontist that gives having a root canal the bad reputation that it has. I have had root canals before and they were nothing like this. When I expressed concern about aftercare pain, he was adamant that tylenol or advil would be sufficient. He said he does not like to prescribe opioids because they keep records of prescriptions etc. I was so grateful to be leaving that I chose not to explain that I did not undergo almost two hours of dental work just to get a prescription for pain meds. He said I could call him if the pain was too bad. Fast forward, Novacaine was gradually wearing off and I was starting to have jaw pain, called the number on his card, no answering service, just a voice mail. Ok, how am I supposed to reach this guy?. To summarize, don't go to this doctor. Read less
