I had a very limited amount of time to appeal a case and contacted this office. I filled out and forwarded all of the information they requested. I had to call them to get an answer as to if they were going to help me or not. When I called, he refused to help me. He didn't speak with me about the case, didn't ask any questions of me, and gee thanks for not responding so that I knew to look elsewhere! Terrible communication and follow up!
