Factory Connection

I was very excited to see a clothing store geared for young people open up on Broadway. I really really like the clothing selection they have, and their prices are amazing, but was APPALLED at how rude the store manager was to many customers in the store including me. I've never asked for a manager before ANYWHERE because of poor service, but I was COMPLETELY geared up to ask for one, until I realized she WAS the manager. I hope the owner or person above her reads this because she almost made me want to walk out. She was ignoring customers and being rude to the few she actually did speak to. I've been working in retail as a sale associate for 2 years now and I know first hand that there is no reason to act like that EVER.
