Renee Bethel in charge of this store is completely unfit for management. Her first sin is allowing an ill tempered assistant Amanda Deckard to run the store former workers have claimed. She had been insulting associates and exaggerates their faults to justify writing citations. One time even driven an employee to commit self harm after failing to acknowledge their plea for help instead she chose to distort their plea and claim that they were scaring customers. Apparently, the associate’s well being is not their responsibility here.

Next sin, management is biased towards the associates. No matter how absurd her assistant’s claims are, she will always side with her against associates. If the associate tried to explain, they will make another write up for arguing.

Third sin, incompetent work scheduling
There were a few times where I’ve heard that someone got fired because they wouldn’t show up for work mostly because the manager had been slamming work hours on associates on the last minute and they will of course threatened associates a write up if they argue. Another former employee I talked too claimed that couldn’t attend their college courses because they were slammed or called in numerous times despite handing them a copy of their class schedule.
