Chiropractic Adjustments
Dr. Estevez practices a hands-on approach to care that includes a thorough examination, diagnosis and treatment. He has broad diagnostic skills and can provide therapeutic exercises, rehabilitative exercises, nutritional, dietary and lifestyle counseling. Dr. Estevez performs a procedure known as spinal manipulation or chiropractic adjustment. This adjustment is intended to apply manually controlled force to restricted joints in an effort to restore joint mobility. Manipulation, or adjustment of the joint and tissues, allows to tissues to heal restoring mobility and getting rid of muscle pain and tightness. At the chiropractic office serving the Palmetto Bay area our examinations work towards detecting and treating Vertebral Subluxation, when the bones of your spine move out of position and cause pressure on, or irritation of the spinal nerves.
