I ordered flowers for Father's Day (2008)... They were delivered on Saturday and by Saturday night the rose in the arrangemnet was already drooping. By Sunday the rose was already dead. I did not get a chance to call the flower shop to let them know what happened until later in the week and the response I got was "had you called earlier I would have been able to replace the flower". She tells me that Roses are not flowers that hold up well, but I have bought roses at grocery stores that have lasted for well over a week. I am very disappointed in this business and will from now on take my business else where. I think it is ridiculous to pay over $30 for an arrangement and not get "fresh" flowers. I also was not happy with the arrangement itself. I asked for plenty of "reds" and the only "red" flower I had in the vase was one single carnation. The arrangement looked like it had been thrown together at the last minute and it looked like scrap flowers had been used. She offered no kind of service to try to keep me happy OR to try to keep her customer. I will never buy flowers from this place again!
