Took my 7 year old there, she'd been his doctor for years. He was very hot, oxygen level low, coughing, trouble breathing, vomiting. School nurse called, said she suspected pneumonia. Dr. Wells was in the hall talking and laughing with an intern, only one other child was in the office that morning, not sick. We waited for almost an hour, I opened the door of our room and asked her to please come in and see him cause he was very sick. She said Donna just came in and would be in shortly to see him. She continued to talk and laugh loudly out in the hallway while my child was vomiting violently and could barely breathe! Took him to the ER and they tried to put him in the hospital because he had walking pneumonia! Was there for hours, many X-rays, breathing treatments, prescriptions and a nebulizer and breathing supplies for it, various inhalers later, I brought him home����
