When YOU want a natural YOU!.

General Info

I AM addicted to the jolt of pleasure that I GET when an image materializes perfectly in front of MY eyes. And translates MY thoughts and MY desires into a visual representation. I don't USE a fancy camera. Or fancy lenses. Or expensive equipment. I photograph in natural light when possible. Or USE processing measures to transform images captured in less than desireable conditions into something different. And unique. There Isn't ANY specific process by which I determine if a photo is 'good'. The images appear. Sometimes immediately and sometimes after a LOT of WORK. . . BUT in the END. They make themselves known to ME and then I just know that They're right. I know it. When I SEE it. I like working in natural environments; meaning that I don't like having MY subjects 'pose'. I'D rather catch the intimate. Real moments. That speak to the realities of the relationships and situations AT hand. I AM fortunate to know a substantially large group of both professional and hobby artists; painters. Sculptors. Photographers. Writers. CERAMICISTS. . . . YOU name it. Some of MY artist friends are of the school of thought that if YOU give of yourself for free. Your work. Your self is DE valued. Others. Create ART for the sheer pleasure of giving it away. I. Feel that there's a happy place in the middle that will meet the needs that I have AS an artist. I love what I DO. What I love the most. Is the actual ACT of taking photographs. I love the interaction with MY subjects before the shoot and the interactions during the shoot. I love 'seeing' a frame before I take it. And the thrill I GET when I know that that particular snap is going to render something beautiful. I hope that people that I'VE worked with. Have been able to SEE and feel the JOY I derive from the actual PHOTOSHOOT. I love to give of myself. And I'D like continue to make this part of MY craft available to anyone WHO wants to avail themselves of it. Going through photographs. Picking OUT the ones that capture the essence that MY client wants to SEE. Working with each shot. Perfecting it. Cataloging it. ETC. . . . . THIS. This takes time. And concentration. And thought and hard work. For every hour of shooting photos. There easily are TWO hours of processing photos. I enjoy this process TOO. But I Also SEE this aspect of it AS the true 'work' part. In order to marry these TWO separate and distinct pArts of a photo shoot. MY charges will BE based solely on the second part of shoot. The processing time. This means. That each package will BE different. And tailored to each individual client. SO whether your Budget is $100.00 or It's $5.000. I'LL BE able to provide YOU with a package that works for YOU and that gives YOU the ability to have your memories captured AT a reasonable rate that will make ME happy.
