        Dirty room

        The room had dirty sheets on the bed, "fresh blood" the bathroom had opened shampoo bottle on the vanity,the towels had stains on them, the floor was not vacuumed, We went to the office to get a refund and was told no refunds. We were charged for two nites even though we only stayed one. Not a happy vacation.
