Discovery Corner School of Early Learning

We have been extremely happy with the care provided at Discovery Corner. Our children have been attending for several years and have always come home happy informing us of their day. We are kept informed of any concerns in our childrens development and the staff are all friendly and approachable. The director is always happy to discuss child development and answer any questions we have had. I would recommend this facility to any parent seeking quality care for their kids.

Our daughter has been going to Discovery Corner for only 3 months. In that time she has been bitten twice, with marks left on her. She had the top part of her ear turn a bright purple which took near 3wks tooks fade... and none of the staff could say when, where or what had happed to turn it purple. They lost two blankets and two jackets for over 3 wks each. I have tried on two seperate occasions to call the Daycare, just to have the phone ring 10-20 times, every 15-20mins for over 3hrs and never be answered. We live in West Medford, this Daycare is far from convient for us to get to. It was recommended by someone who works for CSD. We toured the place and then enrolled her. The first month was great and has been a nightmare or one small thing or another a couple times every week. Our intentions were to let her grow and stay with them until 2nd grade, but we're at the last straw, and this was her final week.

The best daycare, pre-school, 1st grade place in the Medford area, hands down!!! Our daughter really loves going (she's 18mo) and has learned a lot, even at a young age. The staff is top rate! Pure excellence, bar none! Very affordable, accepts DHS clients (state paid). They are very creative, one-on-one. I can't say enough positive things about Discovery Corner. They even have professional "school" pictures done each fall. Our daughter started out in the infant room, has moved on into the toddlers, and will keep going right on through to the 2nd grade! ITS THE BEST PLACE IN THE AREA FOR CHILDREN TO GET A START ON LEARNING & SOCIALIZING!
