I purchased a AV adapter which was faulty. I tried to return it and was told numerous times to wait 3 day to hear back from them. I returned the item and continued to try to contact them. In addition I was given the wrong numbers repeatedly and again was told to return the previously returned item. This process started in April 2018, as of today 5/21/2018 I have not received a replacement or been contacted by this business.
This Walmart at Happy Valley Towne Center is about what you'd expect from a Walmart Supercenter. The employees were friendly and helpful, selection was good, and the grocery store came in really handy since we were staying at one of the hotels just behind it.
Bad service, he fixed refrigerator and gave us "3 month warranty." However, refrigerator hasn't been working well even after he "fixed it." Juan is reluctant to come back unless we pay more, crook.
They have what you need but the people that work her need an attitude adjustment, not our fault you work at walmart. I would of gave zero stars but there was one nice lady who apologized for the worker who was being a ass.
The store is always immaculate, the employees are very helpful and courteous. My favorite place to shop !!!!!
I was in a rush, found the items I needed, proceeded to check out and lines were long, there was a lady in checkout #13 who had her light off, but was assisting another target employee with his items, I asked if she was opened and she said no...so then I went to the next line and had to wait for 2 people... then she all of a sudden opened her line and allowed 3 people to get into her line. I got to the cashier on my end and asked for a manager. Jennifer (so called Manager) just looked at us and I went over to explain my discontent. She gave excuses and said well it all of a sudden got busy, I said really in just one minute? so I went back to pay, and realized she only gave me excuses, and not one apology or a simple showing of concern. I walked back and said "do you realize you never even said sorry or offer any type of apology? Customer service sucks and it begins from management!" even at this point she just looked blankly at me. I will not go back to this store.
I know that whatever review I write on wal-mart is not gonna change anything. But, the staff here has serious hygiene issues. The security guy accused me of shoplifting when I was using the restroom! unacceptable. dont go here,
I use the pharmacy in this store (target at aqua fria in north phoenix) all the time. Some of the new workers I'm assuming they are part of the CVS merger are a little ,lost. but for the last 5 years the staff have been wonderful the girls are so sweet and there is a young man named Rob that works there he is one of the sweetest most helpful staff I know. Kudos to this pharmacy.
Firstly whoever answers the phone is just rude. These people don't care about what your needs are clearly. I've called plenty of times only trying to see if someone is available for me to pick up my check. I can never speak to someone because no one is there or he's "sick". This is very rude and unprofessional. There should always be a second person available to assist someone with this sort of need. I have a family to feed so we have yo starve because someone's off "sick". Corporate will definitely hear from me.
