        I placed an order online, anticipating a convenient stop on the way home. The store shorted me 12 wings. When I called to report the problem, the gal was dismissive and said to come back and they'd make the missing 12. I have a 15-20 drive to that location - totally not convenient. Picking up the missing wings, the crew was again pretty unconcerned, offering a weak "sorry, we'll make the missing wings now". They threw in a whopping 4 extra wings. I ordered 36 originally, so by the time I finally got home with the missing wings, the original 24 were cold and became dried out due to needing to be reheated. Thanks, guys. Never doing business with you again or recommending you to anyone.
