        Overall

        Horrible customer service, I ordered a specialty vinyl from this location and never received it, they either never entered my order correct or lost it in their systems. After a week went by I was told I would be charged an additional 10$ to redirect my order from their Memphis location.. For a error on their behalf... But I I was fine with it none the less... Untill another week went bye and still no word from them... This mishap caused me to miss deadlines, I can never trust them again... 0 STARS
