Republic Services Corporate

I just cancelled service with this company due to the horrible customer service. The billing department was ridiculous billing was regularly late and then they attempted to add a late charge to the bill. Why should it cost me extra money because their billing department is so poorly run. This company appears to believe they are not a service agency well hopefully firing them will send a message. I'd suggest anyone else unhappy with the service use the same tactic.

I hate this copany they have the worst service they don't pick up every week and I just signed up for service at the location in Elkhart in and I payed them over 100$ for 2 cart service setup and for service for this month and it's been about 3 weeks and they did not drop of my containers yet but they said it would take up to 7 days and they told me for this week to just put my bags at the curbside so I did and then on Friday my pickup day the driver came to pickup my trash but they have side loader trucks and the driver left a note on my mail box that said they can't take stuff on the ground so I did not get my trash picked up so after I got the note I called the allied/republic services office and they said we are sorry about that and they said that that some one will be back with containers and to get my trash so then I waited for a wile and then it was around 5:30 but the office does not close until 6:00 so I called again and they said the drivers are done working for today so I just said to the agent at allied I need to cancel service she said ok so after I got done with that I asked her what about my money you people took she said there is no possible way to get me my money back so I said I did not receive my containers or get even one pickup and I payed them 100$ so she said I'm sorry about that so I said I will not ever use stupid republic or allied again

Just received my 1Q 2010 bill, and once again they have increased the price by a whopping $8.25/ quarter!

Remember the county garbage collection debacle? Robertson Sanitation, now Republic Waste, was one of the companies that sued the county over the bid process.

When the county retracted the plan, Robertson sent a letter to their customers stating they were reducing their quarterly fee to more closely reflect what we would have been paying under the proposed county plan. Since 1Q 2009, they have increased their fee by 20%! This is something they WOULD NOT have been able to do had they been selected as one of the county's providers, so I wonder why they wanted to be a part of the county plan in the first place!

I am currently looking for a provider that has more reasonable costs.

I am so sick and tired of these lazy trash drivers..they have thrown my trash cans in my flower bed around my mailbox or in the middle of my lawn so many times because they are either because they hate their jobs or they are just too lazy to sit them the way they found them!!!! I am having a camera installed to catch these lazy drivers..sick and tired of this!!!
