      Poor Customer Service

      I have been cancelled about four times in the past 2 months for appointments. I receive about one day notice. That is four days off work without pay, while I still have to reschedule the dental work which I am paying out of pocket for. The dentists are unprofessional and do not care about whose lives they incovenience when just taking days off at random.
