Most are good peoplle just trying to get home at night they are compassionate, and do care about every regardless if you are homeless or super rich, each person is judge differently, sure there are bad cops but most are great cops. That i respect and take my hat to too, the bad cops are seeded out and go someplace else, these police officers are from diplomatic on all problem and handle a situation, regardless if a good 1 or a bad equal

Most Philadelphia police officers are short and/or obese dorks who became cops to compensate for their inadequacies. Some Philly cops are pathological bullies, sadistic psychopaths who became cops so they could torture people and get away with it. All Philadelphia police officers are dirtbags of one kind or another. Either they blatantly break the law - or "only" feloniously cover up for cops who do.
