        Located in Philadelphia, The Philadelphia Orchestra Association is an orchestra that offers performances, publications, recordings, international tours and broadcasts. The orchestra s has been serving since 1900 and its music directors include Fritz Scheel, Carl Pohlig, Leopold Stokowski, Eugene Ormandy, Riccardo Muti and Wolfgang Sawallisch. The Orchestra presents a subscription season, education and community partnership programs. Its also offers summer schedule that includes an outdoor series, neighborhood concerts, three-week residency and an annual weeklong residency. The orchestra performs at The Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts and Academy of Music in Philadelphia, and Carnegie Hall and Saratoga Performing Arts Center at New York.
