Le Nails Salon

Horrible experience and I am quite unsatisfied! Not to sound prejudice or anything but you need to speak the language in order to bring about good and sound customer service:( In addition, they need to tell you up front if you need to pay in order to do over your nails for the mistake they made!!! Me being nice and all and a happy paying customer went here to get french gel nails done and I couldn't understand what the lady said but I went along with it when I saw the tip width of the white part was too thick. Needless to say I didn't like it but I didn't want to be a b***h about it and I was too tired for her to do it over again. Well I got home and I just kept looking at the nails and I really wasn't feeling it so I decided to see if they could do them over again. So when I called and went to the place the salon owner never mentioned that I had to pay additional money to redo over...they just smiled in my face, speaking their native tongue, took the top of the nails off and told me I had to pay. Listen I have no problems in paying for anything that I want but I need to be told up front not to mention no matter what the customer is right! Needless to say they will not see my face ever again and they can shove their $21.00 up their a**:(!!! There are too many nail salons in the city of philadelphia to be putting up with inadequate customer service!!!!
