Dental Solutions of Roxborough

I've had a terrible experience with this specific Dental solutions location involving a fraudulent insurance charge. They charged my insurance company for a routine X-ray study but never actually took the X-rays. I only found out about this errant charge as a result of going to a new dentist and having them request the X-rays to review and subsequently finding out there were no actual X-rays. I've been attempting to get Dental Solutions to alert the insurance company and settle the charge on my behalf but they've dragged their feet for over 2 months and counting. I would not get any dental work here unless you want to go through a similar experience and have your insurance company charged for services that were never rendered.
