BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL OF THIS AGENCY. IF YOU DECIDE TO USE ANYONE FROM THIS REALTY OFFICE, MAKE ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN YOU FIRST HIRE AN ATTORNEY TO READ ANYTHING THEY ASK YOU TO SIGN. I DIDN'T DO IT AND IT COST ME "THOUSANDS" OF DOLLARS. I MADE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE, (HONEST TO GOD) ,DEALING WITH THIS OFFICE.! THE PEOPLE IN THIS OFFICE DESTROYED ALL CREDIBILITY I HAD IN THE CENTURY 21 FAMILY.

As first time sellers, we listed our home with Century 21-Castor. In the four months that we've had it listed, we've had only one showing through Century 21. The other showings have been through other realtors since we're listed on the MLS. We had one offer through one of the other realtors, but because of Century 21-Castor's incompetence and non-compliance unbeknownst to us at the time, the sale was botched big time and we lost a defiinite sale. Century 21-Castor's agents and their higher ups are lax in dealing with their clients and in returning phone calls, e-mails, etc. It's been one lie after another with them in trying to cover up their mistakes. PLEASE - save yourself the trouble and aggravation we've gone through with them --RUN, DON'T WALK, from this realtor if you're looking to sell your home.
