Bed Bugs, Etc. Pest Control

I think the people that gave this company a good review must be fake because so far our experience has been terrible. No information provided what's so ever, I had to call multiple time to get a report of the chemicals they used in our home. The only person that I was able to speak with was Anna in the office, she's very nice but rather clueless about the business. I was told that the chemicals would dissipate after 7 to 10 days. She then finally got the report and said it was actually 14 days. This was all while living out of suitcases out of my parents home. I said I don't know how any other substance other than water dissipate. We had to throw out a bunch of food in the pantry even though Anna said it would be ok. They said they couldn't provide any suggestions how to clean my house, the person who did the extermination so I could discuss the need for a second treatment never called me, manager never called. Questions were not answered other than the chemicals would dissipate. If that''s the service you want after dealing with dangerous chemicals, they may even your company.the report they provide i's from the manufacturer and provides nothing useful to the consumer on how to deal with the issue. I just really made a rash decision as a result of wanting to get rid of the problem and regret it.

tony did a great job. The price was better than most other companies. Definitely would recommend.

I used another company for bed bugs treatment however, I ended up wasting my money. But Bed Bugs, Etc. Pest Control is really great. They removed lighting switchplates and piled up our furniture (which the other company never did). They even stripped all bedding and they used dry steam to kill the bugs. They are very professional and expert in their job!
