Worst doctors office I'vr ever had experience with. Not just worst gastro... Worst DOCTORS OFFICE PERIOD. I have Ulcerative Colitis and switched to TriCity for managing my condition. I had a recent flare up and went there and came to find out they sent me to the wrong location and weren't there that day and so I had to reschedule. After my second appointment which really was my first I had to get labs done before they would prescribe me anything for my flare up. It's been a week since my labs have come in (I confirmed they recieved them a week ago) and the doctoe still hasn't called. I've called every single day asking for the doctor to prescribe me something for my flare up and I get the same response by the receptionist "they havent looked at them yet ill make a note to tell them to take a look at it for you". Next day call.. same message. The staff nor the doctors care if I'm in pain and my condition is effecting my job and life.



Anyone considering tricity, please look elsewhere.
