Rental Pros

Rented paint sprayer. It would not work on the day of rental. Cleaner was used to attempt to make it work. A hose was left in cleaner and was damaged. Gregg stated that the unit was completely destroyed and we had to purchase the unit. We picked it up replaced the hose and unclogged the yellow paint from the gun and used it to spray over 20 gallons of paint. The machine was not destroyed and we had to clean it to use it (we were using white paint). Told Gregg what happened and he said he did not want it back and that we destroyed it with solvent. I understand being responsible for damage, but not complete replacement of equipment because a hose was damaged. No damage waver/insurance was offered either.
