This is the worst ISP I have ever used. They don't care about your download speed at all. We have been paying for 12 Mbps but we are only receiving 5-10Mbps because there "box" is so far away they said. I live right down the road from it!!! I've contacted them 2 times to have someone come out here due to the slow rates. Haven't yet to see anyone come out here... Thankfully we're moving to a new house where they provide Cox Cable. Thank God!
