Mike Wells Towing

Kristen Patterson is one of the most ungrateful black woman I ever met. The black man who was nice enough to help her with her issue (AAA) also pumped her mother Mercedes Benz tires up for free. She probably was doing a fraud because I never checked to see was the battery dead. Just trying to be nice. Another episode of black on black hate. She doesn't know how our ancestors struggled just for us to have a little freedom in this world and she teaching our kids. I am human being a man who knows the struggle well I will not allow ignorance or bigotry or hatred from anyone especially my own kind. Now excuse me while I take my meds for my PTSD that I suffer from but manage to remain a God Loving Human Being who wishes every single thing true divine peace happiness and love....Blessings

Don't let them tow your boat and trailer. Mike tried to pull it up on flatbed with the motor end first, letting the jack drag in the driveway, gouging a rut in the driveway. When I started filming it, he got so upset he decided he did not want to tow my boat and trailer and he unloaded the boat. He let it roll uncontrolled the last 5 or 6 feet off the tow truck, with the tongue of the trailer on the ground. He forgot to put the jack back down, I guess. The wheel on the jack was completely broken off. I guess he had no idea how to load a boat and trailer. I filmed it all, which is apparently not okay with Mike Wells.

Had a breakdown on 75 last night. My USAA roadside assistance contacted this towing company. They confirmed a pickup for us with Mike Wells Towing. The Towing company cancelled on us and left us stranded on the side of the road for 3 more hours. We spoke with a female dispatcher at the beginning of the call and she was AMAZINGly rude! If you are in desperate need go elsewhere. If you are looking for terrible customer service with an attitude these are your guys!

Above and beyond. Had a blowout on 75 traveling back home. Had my 92 year old mother and her dog. Heavy rains and lots of trucks passing. AAA told me 2 - 21/2 hours. Wells was told of the situation and came within 30 minutes of my first call to AAA. Got our tire replaced and continued the journey. Thank you, thank you.

Got stranded for a 3rd time on a trip home to Florida. AAA called him and he showed up very quickly. Very nice! And took care of us more than expected. He took care of us and got us on the road again!
