I would rate them 0 stars if possible. This company performs shoddy work. They installed blinds in my home....from start to finish it took them about 9 months to complete the job. The installers were incompetent, rude, and poorly supervised. They had to drill about twice as many holes in my plaster walls in as were necessary to hang the blinds because they did not understand how to place them. They drilled holes in the walls of my husband's office and caused large chunks of paint to fall off - not in one spot - but 4 separate locations. They did not offer to repair the paint damage. When they "finished" the installation- they left a mess of plaster dust and paint chips all around my house - making no effort to clean up after themselves. After "completing" the job, I noticed that three of the blinds were not properly fitting the window frames. Turns out that the window frames had been mismeasured by the owner of the company. New blinds had to be ordered from Hunter Douglas in order for this mistake to be corrected. Months passed with nothing but hideous paper blinds on these windows. Several return visits later - - and about 5 months more - we finally had our blinds. I have never been offered an apology for all of the damage, mess, inconvenience, and unbearably long delays. This is a poorly run, unprofessional outfit. Steer clear and find someone else to install your window coverings!
