Thank you for the heads up.I will definitly take this into consideration when purchasing my heater this winter.

I purchased a heater, and i needed help assembling it ,so i called their toll free number and talked to a gentalman by the name Lee .Addition to that he was very informative and patient with helping me get my heater started .

Frist off, AZ Patio Heater is overall a nice place to buy your heaters and replacement parts but there is one guy who is a so UNPROFESSIONAL and the idiots name is "BO" I didn't caught his last name, he was so arrogant and had a chip on his shoulder. If your looking to buy a heater talk to someone else besides "BO"

The service of this place rocks. I purchased a flame heater from Lowes, and they not only provided increcible replacement service under warranty, they followed up to make sure everything happened the way it should. Feel very conficent buying from them, because they will take care of you after the sale, even if you did not purchase the product from their store.

After putting the product together, connected a propane tank; it fired up immediately, burning correctly. However, after 15-20 minutes on full it was not submitting enough heat away from the top reflectors to notice when standing near it.



Shouldn't the reflected heat radiate out 5 to 10 feet?

Buyer beware. I ordered a replacement part based on their description. What I recieved didn't match the description. After several emails and phone calls with no response I gave up. Take your business elsewhere.

I was shopping around for a patio heater; came across AZ Patio Heaters website. I found a heater on the website but wanted to see the quality of the heater, so my wife and I took a nice drive over to the company’s showroom in Peoria, AZ and to our surprise we were both very pleased with the quality and prices. Talk about a steal! A fella named Leo Adams took really good care of us. He had our patio heater delivered to us in Sun City, AZ..... Very happy, and impressed

I have dealt with allot of retail companies and AZ patio has the friendliest customer service, and the products they sell are top of the line, with reasonable pricing. They do not try to get rich on their heaters, and the price for the Smoker I purchased was amazingly cheap for the quality. So far, I have purchased 2 heaters, and a smoker from them, and now they have this new fire pit, and if I can talk my wife into it, I will be getting one of those. They also service my heaters every year for a reasonable amount, and keep me warm in those cold winter months. I am what you would call a snow bird, so I enjoy the warmth of Arizona and AZ patio heaters.

Az. Patio Heaters sold us a couple of heaters for our backyard. During a wind storm one night one got damaged. i called Az. Patio heaters to see about fixing it they came that day and fixed my heater before my party began that same night. They had the parts in stock and were really reasonable. I would of never got this kind of service from any other retailer.

My husband and I visited AZ Patio Heaters showroom to find the service staff to be exceptional and the customer service could of been no better. I would recommend AZ Patio to anyone that is looking for a patio heater. To this day we are enjoying our purchase. Thanks AZ Patio!

I rented 4 patio heaters for a pool party. I received great service, awesome customer service, oh and great prices...AZ patio heaters came and dropped the heaters off and came 2 days later to pick them up. Thumps up! I will rent from them again.

Saw their website. Picked my heaters for my restaurant. Called them up and received great, friendly and professional service. Had someone pick them up and heard nothing but great things. If you need patio heaters, go here!!!
