Emerald Coast Appliance Repair is what I found to be a very well run business. Their response time was excellent and my technician , Drew, was the best. He was very respectful and did not mind answering questions and got the problem figured out quickly and as soon as the part was in was out very soon to fix the problem. Last weekend my refrigerator started leaking. I called Emerald Coast Appliance Repair on Sunday morning at 5 AM. A live person answered the phone and scheduled a time that day to have a technician come out. The technician called to let me know the time he would be there, and he arrived on time. He diagnosed the problem and took care of the leak. He had to order additional parts to prevent future problems, and when they came in we set up a date for the new part installation. He called that day to confirm the time. He and his helper arrived and accomplish the final repair. They were extremely knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and cleaned up well. Definitely five stars! I will be using Emerald Coast Appliance Repair for all of my appliances in the future.

Our repairman, Drew, called 30 minutes before he was coming to our home, very promote, and knowledgeable or our washer.
Fixed it in 20 minutes and all done on a Saturday at 3:30! The price was fair too. So happy they were open on Saturday! Thank you so much Drew !

This was by far the best and quickest appliance service repair experience I have ever had! I called at 12:30 PM and my washing machine was fixed by 4:45!! Emerald Coast Appliance Repair will be my go to for ALL of my appliance repair needs from now on!! Fast, friendly and reasonably priced! Who could ask for more?

Worst customer service experience of my life. After a month long adventure to get my dishwasher fixed, i received a bill that was 20% higher than our agreed on price. I spoke to a the lady at the office and she says, "oh, well we had to order extra parts, the tech messed up, he should have told you." I went on to tell her that its probably wise to let someone know that the price has changed BEFORE the job is done. Instead of taking ownership of the mistake, she says, "Do you expect me to eat this cost? I will just have him UNINSTALL the parts and you can get a dish washer somewhere else." Absolutely disgusting customer service from the office. To top it off, the tech (Jake) offers to pay the difference out of his own pocket, because he knew that was wrong. (the tech jake wasnt a problem, very nice guy) I said thank you and politely declined. It wasnt about the money, its the ethics of the situation; which Emerald Coast Appliance Repair clearly lacks. Awful.

I called and within 45 minutes they were there. In just a few minutes he diagnosed the problem. The technician was very professional and courteous. In a matter of minutes he was able to diagnose the problem unfortunately repair part had to come from Jacksonville Florida. Part will be here Tuesday and he'll finish installation of the problem even though they then have a part on the truck the ordered it right away I tried other companies to come in and tell me what was wrong and no one would come out on Sunday this is the only company I found that would work on the weekends I will use this company from now on for any refrigeration or air-conditioning work that I need

Inexpensive; same day weekend; fast; and educated me on what he was doing! Will definitely use them again in the future!

Yesterday I used Emerald Coast Appliance repair to fix a broken washing machine. Sean, the technician called 30 minutes before he showed up to provide an ETA. He arrived at the beginning of the 2 hour scheduled time slot. In just a few minutes he diagnosed the problem and 45 minutes later the problem was fixed. In addition Sean gave me some suggestions to keep the problem from reoccurring. Great Job!!!

We have used this company numerous times. I would highly recommend them. They are reliable and get back with you when they say they will. All of the workers are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. When they leave you feel like you have gotten your monies worth. They are the fairest repair company I have ever encountered.

I called Emerald Coast on Sunday AM to repair a refrigerator in a rental condo at Perdido Key. Three hours later the tech arrived, replaced an evaporator fan, and solved the problem. Great service and reasonable price!

My dishwasher wasn't draining. I called Emerald Coast and they sent Sean out that same day. He diagnosed that the pump was broken. he didn't have a replacement part, but came back the next day and took about a half hour to install. Sean was punctual, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Sean and Emerald Coast.

I called around 5:30pm, they said they could send a repair man within the hour. Sean made it, found the problem, fixed it, and was courteous.

Great company! My dryer quit working and I called Sears because it was purchased there. I was told it would be 3 weeks. I called Emerald Coast and they came right out working around my schedule. Jesse and Sean were very courteous and professional. They took care of everything and left my laundry room clean. Very pleased. I won't call Sears next time, I will call Emerald Coast.

First time using Emerald Coast because of their ad in the phone book saying that they could do same day service. I was pleased with the call to set-up an appt. and with the repairman, Sean, who was courteous and got the job done in a timely manner on our very old refrigerator. I would recommend this business:)
