BEST FLOOR CARE

Very professional and friendly. I had them come clean three of my couches. I was told up front that some of the stains on my couches might be stubborn (I haven't had them cleaned in four years and they are all microfiber). Fortunately, all three couches turned out excellent. There are some persistent stains, but 99% of the stains are gone. By the way, they charged less than half what I was quoted by another company.

I recently had my carpets cleaned by best floor care and I thought they did a great job. They have the best value that I could find in town and I was really happy with the results. The service was great too, the employees are very helpful and friendly.

I requested 5 rooms of hardwood to be cleaned and polished. I only ended up with them "doing three." Using a "Shark Steam Mop" and a blue polisher from Home Depot with squirt bottles. The floors were "polished with 2 coats"....no shine EVER showed up and the floors are still unclean and dull. This is one of the WORST experiences of floor care. Please NEVER use this company, it is a rip-off and a great waste of time and money. This company doesn't deserve any stars!
