Mark's Alignment

I had my alternator put on at this place of business. The guy they had put it on was not Danny or Mark. The guy that put it on broke the plastic piece around the screw that charges your battery and didn't say anything. I drove my car around for a little while and then ended up with trouble from my alternator again. I took it to Ken's Auto repair and they had to put in a new one and told me what had happened. The guy had tightened it too tight. I went back a told Danny and Mark about it and asked for the money that I had to pay for a new alternator back and they said there was nothing I could do. Needless to say, I will never take my car back to Mark's Alignment. That is no way to do business. Especially because the guy didn't even say anything about the mistake. Before all this happened, I was a very loyal customer, but not now and not ever.
