Avoid this place for the sake of your safety. This shop put new front pads and rotors on my car, approximately two months later, the retatining bolt flew out of a rotor, locking my wheel up, and nearly causing a very serious accident. After explaining the situation to the owner,his response was "well, it doesn't sound like you can prove anything, so I'll see you in court if you choose to take it that far." CLICK. The unprofessionalism and wanton disregard for customer satisfaction at this establishment is second to none. Take my advice, and the advice of my fellow reviewers, and AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Went for a rotation and a balance and they scratched up my wheels and left a stain on my seat. As crazy as it sounds, I probably would have got better service at Walmart.

With some alignments can be very difficult and if he had to come back 4 times he only paid 1 time other stores would charge for each and alignmetns depending on the car or truck they will work till it is right. All there tires carry warranty even with used tires they give 30 days so if it was no warranty she ran over something that voided the warranty and that can happen with any tire new or used so this sounds like a situation they could have worked out if they just talk to the manager or owner they have always helped me that's why I'm writing this.

Tried to get an alignment here. Had to take it back 4 times before it even felt close to correct. After 1000 miles it wore out both front tires because of incorrect adjustment. When I took it to the dealership they said that it looked like children had done the work. All bolts were loose. They said I was lucky it didn't come apart and make me wreck. During all of this I bought a tire for my wife's car. After driving it home and waking up it was flat. I took it off and took it back and they said they wouldn't warranty it. WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I advise everyone who needs tires or alignment work to go elsewhere.
