MMS electrical engineers have experience in most traditional PLC and CNC controls, including, but not limited to Allen Bradley, Fanuc, Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi and open architecture controls. They are skilled in communication protocols and most programming languages. Additionally, MMS offers a full line of millwright services including machine installation and relocation, as well as safe rigging and transportation. MMS specialists also repair rolls and replace refractory materials in heat treat furnaces, endothermic gas generators, quench presses, tanks and pumps. With a focus fixed firmly on the future, MMS manages complete site/process maintenance services, and develops planned maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM ) programs, in addition to specializing in process planning consultation.
