This place ripped me off. I paid them to get rid of roaches. They originally guaranteed their work. They succeeded in spreading the roaches to every room in the house in three months having used powder twice, spray once and fogger once. All of these being ineffective, they then told me that they do not 100% guarantee their work and had fulfilled their end of the deal. That was the owner that told me that on the phone. Do not hire these people.
