British Swim School at 24 Hour Fitness - Pearland Super Sport

Don't waste extra money going to this gym if you're not enrolling in their classes. They don't take care of their equipment. If a machine stops breaks, they leave it sitting there for weeks.. months even.. and never fix it. Later on they'll just remove it and never replace it with a new one. They charge super-sport prices but they aren't really a super-sport gym. There are 24 hour fitness active club gyms that have more than they do. This place is small, overcrowded and disgusting. Nothing works. The members don't like to re-rack their own weights and neither do their staff. Equipment comes up missing. No one knows where to find anything. No one cares to help you look for it either. If you need something.. don't rely on the staff to help you unless you're talking about spending more money to invest in their shitty trainers.

Its my first time in 24 hour fitness. Ive joined a class named Bodypump thats why I enrolled in the gym. It was great I got sore the next day. The 2nd time I went I entered the gym with my bro with his guest pass and this guy named Andrew is just so rude and discriminating. We are respectful people but this guy is just trying to sell my bro a gym membership and other down payment etc. So my bro told him that he's gonna check out the gym first before enrolling but this guy just keep pushing and selling which is so IRRITATING INCLUDING ME THE MEMBER. I respect him, its his job but he was just so arrogant that he thinks his all that.



We got there for a meet up for basketball with other bros. So I went with my real bro and waiting for two more bro. We wanna play hoop and wanted to burrow a ball. Then this guy said its not allowed for guest passers to play in the bball court unless they pay $20 per day to use the court, which I understand due to the high demand. But after that he tries to sell again by telling us to use the $20 as downpayment increments for the total dues if they he enroll. Can't this guy imagine that my bro doesnt want to enroll yet?? So we just went to workout feeling bad about whats happening..



Then my last friend went in and I was waiting for him in the front. So he went to check in bcoz hes member then this arrogant Andrew came up from far away AGAIN and saying meanly that he needs to check in again just to make him check in again. The thing is, there are ladies already making sure that my other friend checks in and this Andrew doesnt need to cut right of our conversation. He is disrespectful, arrogant and kinda i dont wanna say this but his discriminating. We are nurses and we are professional. We respect people and we need to be respected. I am not blind, He just want to sell for profit for himself.



Thats why I enrolled online. I'm discontinuing my membership just because of this. First impression last. They just lost 4 customers. I am moving to Dynamic Fitness and try how good they are with first impression.
