I am a veterinarian and refer my patients for after hour care there routinely. It is where I refer my friend's pets for emergencies as well. They are top notch, very compassionate and genuinely care. Love them!!

After my first visit, I am very disappointed this clinic. I was referred to this animal emergency clinic from the Houston Humane Society for urgent/emergency care. What I got on this day was a lot of waiting. 6 hours of waiting. Like people's emergency center, I realize there may be waiting. I impressed upon the receptionist that my cat was seriously ill. I asked that my cat be checked to be stabilized. I don't know if care was given in time, but the cat looked worse 6 hours later. I advise other animal owners to consider my experience and ask questions about when they will get the initial check-in patient inspection. Will it be done immediately upon check-in or when they have time later.
