We have had a great experience with Lighthouse. Travis gave us great advice on how to price our rental so that we have good tenants and got them quickly. They are responsive and we can rely on them to give good advice on how to treat our tenants and what to expect from them in return. They have also been respectful in how we've dealt with necessary repairs. We highly recommend Lighthouse Property Management.

Please DO NOT rent with them! Two months before moving out and up until move out day we had ALL kinds of prospective renters come to our house with Liz to check out the place. It was inconvenient and annoying. Everything comes out of your pocket even if you didn't cause it!!! We had the home clean and spotless before leaving our rental. It was in the same if not better condition then when we moved in.... Liz took our deposit stating that the floors had damage which was normal wear and tear..... This is honestly dealing with such horrible people. PLEASE DO NOT rent with them!!!!
