I have been going here for a few years for scrapbooking/crafting needs. Their supplies are really great and super cute. I'm basing this review on their customer and printing services. First off, their customer service was sub-par. Thats fine, I understand that you aren't always happy 24/ 7, and I can get past that if the quality of print was decent. I asked for 5 prints in various sizing and they didn't give me a single one the right size. This really got me angry since I didn't have time to run back to the shop once I figured out they were the wrong size so I had no use for them. I'm extremely disappointed in the way they worked with me and how my prints came out. I'm not planning on going there again after their poor services.

The manager guy that works there was so wonderfully helpful. He stayed afterhours helping me finish a project for church. Thank you i would highly recommend
