I have been there many times and I love there food it is so good, but the service is horrid there were very few times that the service was prompt. so expect to wait a while for the food but to me it is worth it. I don't tip well because of the wait.

Contrary to the initial review posted the first month they opened (Feb 2011), I find the food excellent and preparation very timely (under 15 min); the only time I've had to wait longer is when they are swamped on a Friday or Sat night; even then, it's still worth the wait!...Try the Bancock Combo Fried Rice==My Favorite! :o)

Fantastic restaurant! We eat there at least once a week. The food is always fresh and beautifully prepared and the service is excellent!

while waiting for a seat we were prewarned that it would take about an hour to get the food because everything was made from scratch. We were fine with that but after being seated our drink order wasn't taken for a half hour and after waiting an hour and five minutes our order still had not been taken so we got up to leave. I feel they should have offered to not charge for our two sodas that we took two sips out of while waiting for a waiter to show up. Instead they said sorry that will be Five dollers for your drinks have a nice day.
