Artistic Expressions the Salon

I've been going to Artistic Expressions for years and I always walk out feeling fantastic. Dan does an absolutely amazing job every time and Chantal does beautiful work with updoes. I won't go anywhere else!

Selected this salon after moving to the area. I am very picky about my hair. I have very straight hair & get a partial cplot, blonde, but no bleach. I explained what I was looking for, showed a pic & I was extremely satisfied w/ the results. The owner personally did my hair when the orig. stylist was ill. This cut & color was better than my old stylist. Very pleased. I made my next appt already.

Went there with waist long hair. Wanted 10" cut off for the "locks of love" program to make wigs for kids with cancer. Manager as well as stylist said they would do exactly what I wanted (a long shag). Initial cut was 13" (not the 10" requested). Instead of layers, an additional 7" was cut and went on the floor (could not go to the program). Stated no hairspray - he sprayed my hair. Purchased products and said no hairspray - there was hairspray in the bag when I got home. Style flopped within two hours. They don't listen, do exactly what they want and not what the customer wants, manager never responded to letter of complaint. Horrible place.
