Caribbean in the Pass

A living nightmare with horrible neighbors. Beware of building 12 especially #4. Worst people ever. They cluttered the walkway daily never cleaned up after their child who left food and trash everywhere as well as his toys and pool equipment left wherever they feel like. Spoke with manager several times about the hazard and my son tripped and scratched his hand and leg because of the mess. Manager didn't do anything even after they said they would. Now those people think they run this place and make life a nightmare for all of us. Don't rent don't rent don't rent don't rent. Also school says #1 in the state that's a joke the stuff they bored my son with in third grade he already learned in first grade in Texas. Such a bad experience that I am moving out of state.

THEY DO NOT USE A PROFESSIONAL CARPET CLEANING SERVICE OR CLEANER WHEN PEOPLE MOVE OUT!!! But they charge people for those services. FRAUD!!! Worst place ever! Management lies, roach infested, ghetto living, mold/mildew on ceilings, spot paint instead of repainted the walls and/or ceilings.....just because you paint the trailer don't mean the trash is gone. They don't go by the contract, they do what they want. Management acts High and Might as she looks down her nose at you while lying to your face. This has been the drug complex and will always be the drug complex. BEWARE!!!!

If you want to live where there is mold,the floors are falling in,and no insulation plus there is no maintenance that wilk be done,then this is the place for you. Not to forget the property manager is rude and the owner does not care.
