Velvet

Velvet missed an opportunity to make a quick sale of a few items because the salesperson in attendance when I went there on 7/22/10 did nothing other than say hi. A little attention like an offer to find a different size while I'm in the dressing room with seven items would have cinched everything. I didn't buy a pair of leggings that fit perfectly just because I couldn't give this store a sale with this kind of customer service. I asked if the owner was there and if they had a card, the answer was no to both. Bad show!
