This store facility is great. The units are well kept, you can tour the facility and see different sizes also the place looks very safe.
They never answer the phone to take payments and then wrongfully charge late fees. My belongings got wet AND THEY ARE ROACH INFESTED!!!
I am USAF Active duty member in route for a new base, I am heading home for leave and will be purchasing a 2007 Ford F-150 with great miles. When I made my initial call about this vehicle I spoke with a sales representative named Joe to secure a deposit on the vehicle. Due to the length of time from my arrival date he helped me secure this vehicle by allowing two deposits to cover the two weeks. We made the arrangements for my arrival and set price for me to pay cash and an email with the invoice covering the first part of the sale and deposits. Joe was very polite and cooperative.The problem I am having now is I have not received a single email or phone call after repeated calls and messages to the "contact us" portion of their website. When I do speak to a sales representative they will not transfer me over to Joe, are not polite, and always inform me he will call me back within 10 minutes which never happens from any sales representative. It has been four days since I placed my deposit and two since it was cleared through my bank. I am starting to get very upset about this simple task of receiving my email conformation in regards to the deposit and sale and the fact that I am unable to contact the primary sales representative I spoke with to set up this purchase.
