jones initiated an Ebay purchase with an e check through PayPal, i shipped his parts when PayPal notified me that a check order had been placed. Jones asked me to inform Ebay that he had paid, which i foolishly did. His e-check was declined for lack of funds. i contacted him, and he claimed to have paid. 3 days later paypal resubmitted the check and it was declined. i am out just shy of $200. PayPal says that they have closed his account. Ebay did nothing for me
