It's a good business and the environment is great. The free drinks are convienent and the tools are all sterile.
Bottom line, you get what you paid for and for $12 on a basic manicure, that isn't much. I have gone to them a few times with different nail techs. Sadly, they are like robots and cut all your cuticles, if you need them trimmed or not. I have found Kim very good and Nina so-so. She cut any corner she could and after two days, half of my fingers have skin peeling back from the cuticle. The one thing I can say is that they sanitize their tools and they come to the station in a sealed bag. Just beware, this isn't a true salon, it is a typical nail chop shop like every other one in a strip mall.
Went in for a gel manicure The tech didn't put on a base coat even after asking her. 3 days later I have 3 broken nails and I'm very unhappy.
Very accommodating, kind, thoughtful and professional environment. Clean and sterile utensils and complementary water/soda while having services done. Love this place!
This placed ruined my eyebrows forever!!! Don't go. I used to have the best eyebrows anyone could ask. Then came here. Yeah it's cheap but it's not worth loosing your eyebrows. Btw she put the money on top of hand rest in front of a client. Disgusting people. You people should be closed down.
