Dam Waterproofing

I had to give a one star in order to post a review, other wise they would get NO star. These people are scammers. I had to have other contractors come in to get estimates. Dam Waterproofing is not licensed with the State Board, nor are they licensed with Baltimore County. Their license expired with the Md. Home Improvement Commission on 10/8/2011. They are not listed with the BBB so they have no rating. I signed a lifetime warranty that even transfers to the new home owners if we sell. The put in a make shift french drain and they also put in a new sump pump that is illegal because it's too close to the main wall electric box. I had new basement leakage and they refused to even come out and look at it. They said their work does not fail. I now have a mold issue and the damage has gotten much worse and it's going to cost me plenty fix this. DO NOT USE DAM BASEMENT WATERPROFFING You will be had. Do your homework. Don't be had like we were.
