A Home Service Appliance Repair

This guy ripped my sister in law off. He went to her house and took her washer apart and charged her $70 to order the part. He dropped off the face of the earth and would not return her calls. I called him and he apologized and said he would call her immediately. Two weeks have passed and he has not called. I had to work on her washer, and she had to pay again for the part. The part did not turn out to be the problem, it turned out to be the timer. A simple test with a multi meter would have showed him that the lid switch was good. After I posted a review on another sight, he called me and said he would refund the money. I will believe it when I see it. His wife turned around and did a fake review to try and counter my review. Very dishonest family business. Update: They finally issued a refund for the part.
