The company makes a wide variety of lawn and garden products, including chippers and shredders, leaf cyclers, powered sprayers, rough terrain mowers, trimmer mowers, high-wheeled mowers, vacuum-chipper-baggers, leaf blowers, tillers, stump cutters and easy augers. In 1947, Elton MacKissic started manufacturing, in bale hooks and plow trip rope releases for farmers in the cellar of his home. Eventually, he started selling them in agricultural catalogs throughout the United States and Canada. MacKissic machines are efficient, easy to use, and built strong to withstand even the toughest projects.
