        Overall

        Horrible service! Came in to repair my dishwasher and they are so misleading about their charges. They add the $109 service charge to not "apply" it. Called to complain as to why they don't subtract it and the lady on the phone Erin gets so defensive. They don't provide an itemized receipt either.
