        Alan is a very honest and reliable person; he has been my computer expert for a very long time, and I would highly recommend him to my friends and family any time; in fact I have done that in the past, and they, too, were very happy with his work. He always gets the job done, and he's always on time, and if he can't be, he'll call and let you know. He'll do whatever it takes to please you.
