        Overall

        Several years ago, I was the REGIONAL winner of their "Pick Your Ticket" sweepstakes. After being notified that I won, I was informed that the prize was only worth $5,500, so you weren't going to the Super Bowl or World Series. Not truly pick your ticket. I chose the cash out option which was only $1500. Not bad, better than nothing.
        When I went back into store for next haircut I figured I would get some recognition, maybe even a free haircut. Nope, they acted like it was nothing even after a note in computer said I had won. I've gotten more recognition cashing a $5 lottery ticket at a gas station.
        In short, if your looking for an average haircut by someone who acts like you are putting them out by having to cut, wash, steam towel, and run a electric massager on your shoulders for a minute, then this is your place. You'll never be treated as a person, but more like a piece of meat. Wouldn 't even go back if haircut was free. Steer clear, they are a rip-off! Gave 1 star because no star not an option.
